Legiano Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the operator of Legiano Casino, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074. This agreement governs your use of the Legiano platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the Legiano service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

About us and licensing

Legiano is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., registration number 126211, registered in the Marshall Islands. The platform holds a multi-product licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence number OGL/2023/158/0074, covering both casino and sportsbook operations. Neroblanko Tech B.V. is part of the Rabidi N.V. group, which operates a number of related casino brands including Wazamba, Alf Casino, and Cadoola, among others.

Account registration and eligibility

You must be at least 19 years of age to register an account and use the Legiano service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are prohibited from registering: the United Kingdom, the United States, Sweden, the Netherlands, Malta, Curaçao, Armenia, Tunisia, Indonesia, Georgia, and Malaysia, along with any other jurisdiction we designate as restricted from time to time. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and keep that information up to date. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and verification must be completed before we process your first withdrawal. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these terms.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are accepted via Visa, Mastercard, e-wallets including MiFinity, Jeton, Revolut, and Zimpler, bank and fast-bank transfers, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, and ten cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and others. The minimum deposit is €10 for most methods and €30 for Bitcoin, with a maximum of €5 000 per transaction; deposits carry no fee from us. Withdrawals are processed on our side within three business days (06:00–17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday) and are returned to the original deposit method where operationally possible. Processing times after our approval vary by method: cryptocurrency withdrawals complete within a few hours, e-wallet withdrawals within 24–48 hours, and card or bank transfer withdrawals within 3–5 business days. Monthly withdrawal limits are tiered by VIP level, ranging from €7 000 at entry level to €30 000 at VIP Level 5, and a maximum of three withdrawal requests may be pending at any one time. If a deposit has not been wagered at least once before withdrawal, a commission of 10% (minimum €0.50) applies to e-wallet and cryptocurrency withdrawals, and 15% applies to card and bank transfer withdrawals. KYC verification is required before we process any withdrawal.

Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion carries its own specific terms, published alongside that offer, but the following standard rules apply across all deposit bonuses on the platform. Wagering requirements on deposit bonuses are 35x the combined deposit and bonus amount; wagering requirements on free spin winnings and no-deposit bonuses are 40x. The maximum permitted bet while bonus wagering is in progress is €5 per round or spin; bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. The maximum cashout from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus amount unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the individual promotion, which is 10 days for casino welcome and reload offers. Game contribution towards wagering is 100% for slots, 10% for live casino games and video poker, and 0% for table and card games; jackpot slots, Slingo, and bingo titles are not eligible for play with active bonus funds. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and void associated winnings where we identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk or hedge betting, placing bets above €100 before wagering requirements are met, or deliberately switching game types to exploit weighting differences after a significant win.

Responsible gambling

Self-exclusion requests submitted through the complaints or support channels are processed promptly and take effect across the platform. If you are concerned about your gambling, you should review the tools available on that page before continuing to use the service.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected] , where we respond within 24 hours. If your complaint is not resolved at that stage, submit a formal complaint to [email protected] ; we will provide an outcome within 10 days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board as the licensing regulator.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time, with notice provided by email or by a prominent notice on the Legiano website prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated in the notice. Continued use of the Legiano service after the effective date of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
